The Welcome Building is situated in between the Congress Theatre and Winter Garden
Tickets can be paid for by Cash, Credit/Debit Card and Theatre Vouchers. There is a £2 charge for tickets to be posted. Tickets can also be collected from the venue - you must bring the card that you used to purchase the tickets in order to collect them.
Most events are bookable online subject to a per ticket booking fee. Tickets booked online from this website can be printed at home, posted for a £2 charge or collected from the theatre.
Reservations
Tickets can be reserved for 3 days without payment. For groups of 10+ a longer reservation period is available, please speak to box office at time of booking for further information.
Concessions/Discounts
Only one concession/discount applies per ticket. Please inform us if you are entitled to concessions at the time of booking as changes cannot be made once tickets have been issued. Subject to availability.

Please note where concessionary tickets have been purchased suitable ID may be requested. Online orders containing Under 25 tickets cannot be printed at home. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. School, group and disabled concessions are not available online, please contact the Box Office on 01323 412000 if you wish to book tickets of this type.
Children under 2 are welcome at family productions. A £2 ticket will apply to shows considered suitable; otherwise the standard prices will apply. Booster seats are available at the venues on a first come first served basis.
Booking Fee
On selected shows a per ticket booking fee is included in the advertised ticket price. For many incoming productions, the majority of the ticket income is paid to the production company or promoter. The booking fee is entirely retained by the venue.
All tickets are non-refundable.

Please note that tickets for our shows may sometimes be available on outside agency websites (such as TicketMaster, SeeTickets, Eventim), be aware that purchasing tickets on these sites may incur extra charges.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are available for purchase from any Eastbourne Theatres box office and are redeemable against shows at the Congress Theatre, Devonshire Park Theatre and Winter Garden. Vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase.
